What Estheimer Really Chose by Choosing BigStuf

When Estheimer Insurance Agency agreed to become our next Third Blessing partner, they were invited to select a Switzerland County recipient.

They chose BigStuf.

But what did they really choose?

They chose to help our young people experience worship alongside other students. They chose honest small-group conversations, caring adult mentors and friendships rooted in faith. They chose an experience that families have described as life-changing—and whose influence can continue long after the bus comes home.

Pastor Pat Lanman has watched that influence unfold for nearly three decades. Some former students have returned as adult leaders. Others are now sending their own children. Those few days at camp can become part of a much longer story.

Estheimer will match the winning auction bid up to $500. Our Community Champions will match it, too. That means the first $500 raised can become $1,500 to help Switzerland County students attend BigStuf.

This Sunday, my original 10 × 10 × 1½-inch cardinal painting, “You Talkin’ to Me?”, will be offered through a Painting with Purpose auction.

One painting. Three blessings.

A bidder will receive an original piece of art. Estheimer and our Champions will multiply the winning bid. And more local students will have the opportunity to experience BigStuf.
